WHAT DO COCKROACHES WITH TRANSPARENT WINGS OR LAYER OF SHELL (IN SOME CASES EVEN HAVING WHITISH TINT) OVER THEIR DARKER (OFTEN BROWN OR BLACK) SHELLS MEAN? IS IT A BREED OF ROACHES?

I saw a regular brown cockroach that is about the size of a German. Over its brown hard outer shell was some transparent shining glimmer. I know its not the reflection of its brown casing because when I picked it up with a tissue, the transparent part was like another layer, almost felt like the wings of a fly.

I noticed for the psat few days as I saw tiny babies go into roach bait, a few of them had literally white outer shells a that you can see through and tee their regular black shell casing. Is not just transparent, the coloring is literal white. You you can see through it and underneath it is a black shell. The babies are less than an inch, about the size of tiny crumb of bread.

So what is happening? Are these different species of roaches? Hould I be concerned? I got rid of bug infestations before but this is the first time I'm seeing cockroaches with this kind of coloring over heir outer shells.
