So I know the info I give might be a bit vague and i am sorry but that's all I have right now - I am going to do my best to describe it as detailed as possible:
First of, it was a flying insect (and pretty good at it), I would say it's demeanor reminded me of a horse fly : really persistent, aggressive, stealth and very agile. It would literally vanish into thin air. It clearly preferred my dog over me, it attached itself on her legs and tail mostly. It was bitting her repeatedly. I got a glance at it and it looked as if it had a crest. The noises it made were similar to a fly as well.
Another peculiar thing, my dog actually bit it and it fell on the ground but dissapeared and then came as if nothing happened? What a resilient mfer
