Need suggestions for a net/containers: small bugs, butterflies, small fish

So I've recently gotten into using an application to ID bugs, plants, fish, etc.

I want to buy a net that is suitable for small insects and small fish. There's some very small fish in a creek by my house and I'd like to scoop some up and then release them.

The same for insects. Catch and release.

Can you all suggest a net/containers suitable for what I'm hoping to do?
