Need help with Platymeris laevicollis assassin bugs.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I acquired two red spot assassin bugs (Platymeris laevicollis) at a local reptile expo and have had them for a few months now. I think I got them at 4th instar? I can’t remember. I knew they could reproduce without a mate and thought that would be interesting to observe. Last week however I checked their terrarium and one was dead. Upon further examination it seemed that it died in the process of molting and that the other insect could have been the culprit. I should mention assassin bugs can be kept together despite being predatory in nature. Now what I want to know is now that there is only one and it can reproduce asexually should I be worried about the offspring lacking genetic diversity in the future? I know assassin bugs are pretty niche but does anyone know anything about the subject? Again sorry if this is the wrong place to post.
