I want to display a beautiful butterfly specimen on my wall in a shadowbox to appreciate for a long time. It would make me feel joy every day to see it's beauty in still form.
What chemicals or processes can be used to prevent the wings or colors from fading when you are ready to pin/mount? I would want it to last for as long as possible.
