Saw a praying mantis laying eggs today. But do you see that small brown portion beneath it's wings?I'm seeing it for the first time and it almost looked like a secondary creature. Was terrifying to see the mantis fly away tbh. Is this just a body colour? Is there a chance that could be a parasite?
