I'm currently living with my dad (France) and his apartment has bed bugs. Yesterday the whole apartment was treated using a heat tent, steamers and CO2. All of my belongings were either placed in the heat tent, sprayed with CO2 or placed in the dryer on high heat.
Next week I'm going home to live with my mom (USA). What are the chances of me bringing bed bugs to her house? I'm prepared to responsibly discard almost all of my belongings should that be necessary. I know that in the long run, this will be more cost effective. But I'd rather not do so.
Any input is appreciated.
