Is there a way to figure out where earwigs are hiding out?

I've started seeing them in my bathroom, usually in the tub, just infrequently enough to keep me on edge (maybe once a week). I haven't seen them tied to a specific location but just out in the open, and we don't have any leaks or unsealed areas around the tub that I can find. I clean my drains pretty regularly by pouring dilute bleach down them and leaving it overnight, so I don't think that's it. Any ideas? TIA 😬
