What is this kind of insect?

Just for extra context: they started showing up in my apartment a couple of months ago, and now I see them at least once a day. They're kinda gray-ish, semitransparent, have white legs and usually walk on the floor instead of the walls. They're usually pretty slow, though they can speed up when fleeing from danger. If it helps, I live in a relatively warm place in South America, and there's a wooden floor underneath the layer of laminate flooring (and these insects seem to come from beneath that layer).
