Flying insects and cold weather?

Maybe a strange request but hope you guys/gals can help me...

Are there any flying insects (moths, etc) that would be active at night in sub-freezing temperatures, like 20 degrees F? Northern New England here.

I took a video of something anomalous in early January and trying to rule out “regular stuff.”
