So, short story.. I went on a hike today with my wife here in Arkansas. The trail we were on led to a train tracks crossing-- and we were shocked to find hundreds of walking stick bugs all around the area. Maybe even thosands! I mean, you couldn't look 2 feet in any direction without seeing 1. We walked the tracks and surrounding woods for about 100 yards.. and same thing. They were EVERYWHERE. I was just curious if this was normal or if I should tell our wildlife folks here.
