Anyone have videos/gifs/diagrams of tiger beetle larvae rolling or of how spiders flip over from being stuck on their backs?

I am currently trying to design a robot and have studied insects and arachnids since I was a kid, so I wanted to base the design off of them... But without references on how they move it's a bit difficult, so I would greatly appreciate the help!
