This happened a few years back, at the time I thought it was an ingrown hair on my arm so I left it alone, at some point I popped it and a tiny white thing came out, and something the size of a gnat crawled out of it and flew away so I assume it was an egg. At the time I was living in Arizona and frequenting stores which had a lot of produce being shipped in from South America and mexico- not sure if maybe it was a type of bot fly, if anyone has any idea of what it might have been it would be appreciated.
