Nessaea Obrinus and other genuine blue pigments

I've been enchanted by the genuine blue pigment in Nessaea Obrinus. I was just wondering, are there any other genuine blue pigments in nature like Lapis Lazuli for example ? I have been wondering if Lapis Lazuli was also bent by light like Morpho Butterflies for example. I'm really hoping I can find the answer to whether or not Lapis Lazuli is a true blue pigment. If you know any genuine blue pigments on Earth, apart from Nessaea Obrinus, I'd be so thankful to know. Take Care
