Help with pinning

Heyo! I recently ordered some bugs ( pinned ) from eBay a giant Asian praying mantis F and a giant black stag beetle M , I’m 13 and have never worked with bugs before due to a fear of them but I really love how they look and function. I want to put them in frames but they don’t have pins going through them, i know I should rehydrate them first to pin them, but they’re so big and it’s my first time I’m scared they’ll rot, can any of you give me tips please? And if possible a way to put a pin through them without rehydrating. I’d add a photo of them but I’m on mobile
